Common questions
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No. You can book directly with a chiropractor in Illinois without a physician referral. If your insurance plan requires a referral for reimbursement, that is a question for your plan rather than a requirement to be seen.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online at any time, or call the office on (309) 699-7222 during opening hours. Online booking shows current availability, so you are not waiting on a callback to know when you can be seen.
What if chiropractic care is not right for my problem?
Then you will be told so. Part of the point of examining before treating is deciding whether care here is appropriate at all. Some presentations need a physician, imaging or emergency assessment instead, and some are better suited to a different provider. Being told that is a legitimate outcome of an appointment.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing you can move in. Part of the examination involves bending, turning and moving through ranges of motion, so anything you would happily do light exercise in works well. Avoid restrictive belts or heavy layers if you can.
